v0.03.00 - Mech Update

Fixed a few bugs here & there
Added new Mech Optimizer menu
    - Input your current mech stats and find out both how long until you hit it's cap, and what upgrade is the most cost effective!
Started to retire the Borge simulator (its out of date and  Feii is working on an amazing version over at https://cifi-sim.tools/)

Currently the mech optimizer will simply show the cost in green if it's the most cost effective upgrade for that particular mech. In the coming weeks I'll be adding a comparison between the lot, and a weighting system you can customize. Until then, Enjoy!
